Tough run - made a wrong turn and ended up adding about a mile to my planned distance. Had to walk a little today. Left knee is a little tired and sore right now, I iced it last night and most likely ice throughout the day today. Feet are still cramping a little and I'm not sure if it's the shoes or due to my increased mileage.
