COMMENTS: Well its been over a month being ill - (bronchitts) but I finally feel well enough to go for a ride. I'm going to start walking at work on Monday, and see if I can put together a few good weeks before Thanksgiving. My 5k target time is now to break 30 mins. Kinda depressing since I was on track to break 27 mins on all my training runs......
