6 by 800, then two floating 400s. 2:37, 2:40, 2:37, 2:35, 2:32, 2:28. I really focused on running my pace, and it paid off when on the last rep of the 800 I was feeling better and better when a lot of people were rolling back. Did the first floating 400 wrong but did the second one and felt great. I feel good about this workout. No it was not fast but it was what I needed.
