Notes

6 K repeats on the indoor track. 3:21, 3:19, 3:19, 3:17, 3:17, 3:16. Now if that isn't negative splitting while staying in my threshold, I don't know what is. Felt good aside from my nose but legs felt fairly comfortable, definitely had some fatigue going on with the legs but that's just part of it. Looking forward to pushing my threshold.
