I have been doing exercises before every Monday/Wednesday but never logged it. Figured looking back to see what I did it would be important. Did more this week than previous but I want to do at least something like this from now on.

RDL's w/10lbs 3x1

Fire-hydrants w/blue band 3x10

Squat walk 18 down 18 back

Monster walk back and fourth back area twice

Sitting leg press one leg w/70 lbs 3x10
