Notes

6 Ks on the door track. 3:15, 3:17, 3:20, 3:17, 3:14, 3:12. Started faster than I wanted to so I let the boys in front of me get some space before I went. I think I got pulled a little, need to run my workout. After that I did, 3rd rep was a little slow but recovered. That 5th K hurt and I am really glad I had Campbell's support on the last one. Average 3:15, 3 seconds faster than last week so improved. Next time I am going to try and start more conservative. Also, the 5th rep I am going to start going with 200 left and the 6th rep go with 400 left. Practice that end of the race feeling. Overall pretty good Ks
