Notes

Felt sluggish, tried to tempo the last 4 and I kinda did. Last 4 were 6:40, 6:33, 6:21, 6:00. Clearly I just needed to get opened up but I also didn't feel great at the end. 3 strides push ups rolled stretched. Also did full leg exercises later and abs. Didn't double today, felt like the right decision, talked to Gabe about it.
