3 miles on tread

1 mile easy then 2 miles at 6:30 progress down a little. Just something to work on more turnover on the hips. Messing with the incline the whole time of course. Then biked for an hour after with the usual pick ups and all out last 2 minutes. More planks, more push ups, more ice.
