Notes

Rolled my ankle just after the first mile so that was fun. Legs just felt kinda dead today, but had a fun crew to run with so that made it better. Had to do an emergency landing at the house after Nike Park, then added on to get 12. I wanted 13 but didn't see the point with how I was feeling. 4 strides, roll, stretch, ice, nap.
