Notes

Mile intervals at Lincoln Park. Negative split, 5:33, 5:28, 5:22, 5:21. Gotta make the last split faster, make it closer to 5:15. I ran my own workout which I am happy about. I think in races I have been trying to follow other people and not run my own race. I was happy that I was only concerned with how I was doing and not anyone else.
