Went easy for a while then did some accelerations to try and mimic bouncey then easy rest of the way. Very busy today. Griff and I are the early squad. Beat the softball girls and were able to claim two bikes for our turf. Then we were overtaken by cardio doing softball. Griff and I were able to hold our position until reinforcements arrived. We traded posts with the fresh men and went on to tend to our wounds.
