mile and a half effort on the track. I am happy with how I did. They said I came through the mile at 5:03 I think but Garmin says sub 5. After I just maintained(really slowed down) and I didn't sprint because I didn't see the point, why go so far in the red in an effort like this when I came have a better LR tomorrow. I felt okay, not great, behind my knee felt fine
