Notes

800 repeats on the outdoor track. 2:47, 2:37, 2:36, 2:31, 2:30, 2:25. I wanted the last one to be 2:30 but I guess you can't be perfect. This felt real smooth, except the last one. Should have held back a little but I couldn't resist.
