Legs Tired?πŸ‘€

Legs a bit tired from 45 minutes of running and 75 minutes of biking yesterday. That said, I still pushed everything because my volume is lower Tue/Thu. 1min walk, 30min run getting down to 6:30 pace, and 15min bike after. Planks/push ups/ice after. Loving itπŸ“ˆ
