6 K repeats. 3:17, 3:16, 3:15, 3:13, 3:11, 3:06. Best yet. My legs felt kinda dead but I kept getting faster. Lungs felt strong and I probably could have pushed this harder. I am very happy with this workout and was pretty hyped after. Feeling. ready for Friday.
