4:41.1, not bad for a washed up runner like me. I was surprised by the pace and it took me a bit to get into it. had a good part three, maintained really well. Then an even better part 4, I ate some bodies that last 200. I forgot how fun kicking is in track. Have to have faster parts 1 and 2 though. I would have had the same finish if I was up further in the race it just would have hurt more. Some great lessons and I am looking forward to grinding and coming back in better shape then I ever have been.
