Notes

Mile repeats at the park, 5:26, 5:24, 5:17, and 5:15. This was the hardest workout I have ever had mentally. The first rep my legs were not feeling it and I thought to myself, it is just one of those days but I am going to will myself to negative split this workout. I accomplished that, working on being mentally tough. Al said that it was the heat and that I was pushing into it, I should be relaxed. When you have those days when you just are not feeling it I don't know how you can feel relaxed. I should ask him about that.
