5k race at Wheaton. 5:01, 6:16, 5:05, 4:02 pace. I need to work on that second mile, give myself a chance to run faster. 16:07 is a 5 second PR but I am not really breaking through like I want to. I am chipping away. I felt pretty good though and I had a strong kick. With 200 meters left though I really wanted the race to be over, I was hurting, so I pushed into the hurt more.
