1:48 @ 15 miles 7:12 pace right on schedule then
body broke down 1st crash eva !
Multiple issues . Neroma left foot , Right calf , right ITB
Both hips/ groin from arthritis as well,
Good news I am now a retired Marathoner again !
Had 13 good ones and one bad ! Goodby 26.2
and Hello 5km - 13.1 !
2012 season over !
Time to hit the gym and rebuild and balance
and put back on the ten pounds of muscle I lost training
this summer and fall .
