Temps in the upper 80s; very muggy, too. Since my hip has been feeling like I need to rededicate focus on strengthening it, I opted to repeat my push-up/squat intervals of last week, only I made it 20 push-ups and 20 squats every mile. Wound up with 120 of each. That suddenly slow fifth mile was due to the surprise discovery that road crews were chopping up Ohio Street, making every intersection either completely unrunnable or at least quite tricky.
