Notes
Today was one of those days where I did NOT feel like running, or even getting dressed. Rainy, grey, windy, grouchy, whiny, whiny, whiny. But since I'm a tough drill sergeant, I wasn't letting myself out of it, so instead, I loaded up my iPod with music. I "Walk[ed] on Sunshine" with the "Beast and the Harlot", and I "Love[d] You Madly," you "Lyin' Ass Bitch." :-D I must have looked like a complete lunatic, clapping and dancing and singing snatches of phrases as I ran, and my pace graph looks like a terrifying EKG chart, but I don't CARE. I had a blast!
(And, by the way, "First Date" by Blink-182 is an excellent, excellent running song, tempo-speaking.)
