Quite tired this morning (not athletically; just sleepy!); I couldn't figure out where I was or why the alarm was going off. My body goes on auto-pilot, though, happily; even through my haze, I was pulling on running clothes. This is why I recommend setting out running stuff the night before and getting into the habit of not looking out the window or doing anything else before being ready to go. ;-) Woke up pretty quickly once I was moving! Beautiful sunrise today.
