Took yesterday off due to some mild hip flexor pain after Saturday's LSD; spent the day freaking out and being miserable. Meant to do an easy 3 today, but got turned around on some twisty roads and got lost. By the time I figured out where I was...I was standing outside the Humane Society, petting a lovely Pit Bull named Loveable.
We've been idly discussing a dog. It's not an immediate goal, but sometimes life has a way of changing the subject and making things a little better. :-)
Hip feels okay, but tight. Stretched, iced, it'll be okay, I think.
