Notes
The day was a mess of disorganization, and what with one thing and another, I couldn't get this run in until my husband got home...at 9:30 PM. So it was dark, except for the full moon peeking in and out from behind the clouds, and I ran past graveyards, with my headlamp making weird shadows around me. Neat, even through my exhaustion. I'd been feeling an urge for a nighttime run lately, so this was fine. Coach told me to throw in some strides at the end, and I managed that without too much trouble, too.
