First time 20 miler indoor: 130 laps, 6.5 laps/mile.

Stopped once at mile 12 for water, then my water bottle got taken away so no need to stop afterwards.

It felt much harder (for the last 4 miles) than last week in Umstead, both physically and mentally!

The mental part is not hard to understand: It was getting dark in the end at Umstead I had to get out, but on the track we may choose to stop and call it a day at any time.
