Tried to run, ITB not well

- Hamstring: 3 X 40
- Pull-up: 8 sets: 10 + 10(w/ 25lbs) + 8(w/25lbs) + 10(w/25lbs) + 10(w/25lbs) + 8 (w/25lbs) + 10 (w/25lbs) + 15
- Abs: 70 + 40
- Pull-back: 3 sets
