Ran with Dan. Generally a good run. Longest since December so that is good. Thought we were going faster but 2 four mile runs at 7:30s in a row is pretty good right now. My knee twinged a little bit going up the hill going back toward Salisbury but it didn't really bother me, just enough to freak me out a bit. Tomorrow will be a riding day.
