Notes

Ended up running with Catherine Duffty. I caught up with her by the track and the pace was ok so we ran together. It was good to have some company on the run. My knee didn't hurt at all and after she went back to her place on Dover I picked it up a bit for the last bit back. Calves are still feeling the flats, but they will hopefully keep getting used to them. My breathing is still down, I've been getting that cramping feeling in my diaphragm that I usually get as I come back. Once I get back to running fast that will strengthen up again. All in all, a good run, one that gives me confidence that I am actually getting better. Perhaps later this week I will attempt a 5 mile run, maybe outer crew would be a good one. We'll see. Time to shower, eat, and make this week's spreadsheet.
