Notes

8x1000 with 75 seconds rest. 3 minutes after each 5 reps. Was averaging 3:24 throughout the workout. I am really excited to be seeing how quickly i'm getting into great shape. I am feeling much more confident and mentally much tougher. I have been giving a lot of emphasis to myself on just clearing my head instead of trying to think my way through it.
