Notes

1.5 mile warm up. It was hella-hot!

Then did drills to strengthen muscles!

2 miles inconsistently at "tempo" pace!

1st at 5:57!

about 5 minutes rest!

2nd at 6:17! Gawsh!

Then I ran home! Owwee did I feel hot and tired!

1.25 miles for my cool down! ;)

I ran with everyone whose name starts with J (or Dan!).
