War Memorial with D-Hams nice and slow at "Jamie Vavra Pace." It was pleasant but my left hamstring felt kind of funny near my butt.
Forgot to stop my watch however I can estimate the pace was probably around 7:20-7:30.
Abs.. Gettin' Ripped.. Give me a few months and my love handles will be hate handles. That is because they will be so rock solid that if you punch them, you'll hate yourself for doing so (because of the pain).
