500 @ 90% and the following done at 75 second pace. 2000, 1000, 500, 500. started falling off at this point in the workout and probably was running 77's or 79's. 1000, 2000, then 500 "kick pace." all of this was with 2 minutes recovery per 1000. i am sore now a few of hours after it all. I hung in for a while but then it all hit me at once on the second 1000. I was trying really hard to stay on pace and it was really really tough. but i think i should be happy with the workout. i need to remember that i can run with those guys i just need to really believe in that during the workouts.
