Pace supposed to be 90%, 92.5%, 95%, 97.5% of 10k pace but I went 10:23, 6:43, 3:17, 1:34
Felt pretty good. I ran faster that prescribed but I don't feel bad about it. I think I ran the workout very well and I have a lot of confidence in going under 16:00 for 5k. I think I will do it next saturday if things go well.
