Notes

Rehab exercises with Maggie at the lake. Also went kayaking, which was pretty low key. It was an absolutely beautiful day! I met Rachel's boyfriend, Steve, for the first time today--they are heading to Watkins Glen for a bike race (Steve's pretty into biking).
