Walked a mile because I did not feel good at all.
Part of your bad feeling may be because of your tempo runs. Don't get me wrong, tempo runs are fine, but when you go back to back they are going to wear on you. Think about it this way, if you want to run every day, which is the path to faster times, then you have to use constraint over emotion. Tempo runs are emotion. Constraint is keeping the easy days easy. Learn that now, and it will help you tremendously in the future. Easy is 7:30 minute per mile pace or slower pace.
