Ran 2 miles barefoot. My GPS watch shut off because storage filled up. Great run. I started out trying to do intervals but could not so I went long instead.
I like that you changed your workout. Sometimes things don't feel right or go as planned. It's better to change the workout so that you get a run in, and save the other for another day. You mentioned, "Great run". So, you made the right choice. Nice job!
