Hot today (relatively) even at 8 am. Didn't feel very good and felt like quitting a couple of times but HTFU'd and got through it. Temp probably approached 80 by end of run. Ran from home to city pier via Township rd. so uphills the first 3 mi and downhill/flat the last 10.
