This run was the last leg of a Fitness Challenge. The SARC Fitness Challenge consisted of Stairmaster-10 floors, 80 step-ups with 30# dumbells in each hand, 40 pushups, 500 m indoor rowing, 200 jump ropes, and 2 sets of progressive sprints. The events were timed from the start of stairmaster to end of sprints and then run time was added for overall time.
I won overall for all male competitors with a 28:59 overall. 14:03 for stage 1 and 14:56 for stage 2 (run)
