This was pretty cool. I left the GPS off on my Android and still used CardioTrainer. It still logged my steps and distance. The treadmill said that I had gone 2.733 miles. CardioTrainer said that I went 4394 steps and 2.73 miles. I am amazed how close it is. I think this might even be more accurate than the GPS.

I just used one of the pre-programmed 'Performance' workouts. There was a couple minutes of walking warm-up and walking cool-down on this workout, so the pace is misleading. I ran several portions of the workout at 8 mph on a 1% grade (http://www.hillrunner.com/training/tmillchart.php) by manually overriding the workout.. Overall, it was a good workout. Now I just wish I get figure out how to make my own I-Fit workout.
