I began trying to run at a 180 cadence tonight. It was tough. Only about 3 or 4 laps were run at the right cadence. The rest was run at my comfortable cadence of about 130-150. This felt more like running Fartleks. Still, I think I can see the benefits of conditioning yourself for this.
