This was the weekly 10K program run. I think we started with a mile or so warm up run on the trail and then 2 laps on the track. We then ran 10 laps in relay teams. I thought each runner was running 5 laps, so I probably ran harder for the first four laps which is when I learned it was 10 laps. That was a mental challenge for me (I was not happy!), but I was glad I was able to finish the 10 laps. My time and distance is estimated since I didn't track it. I was pretty impressed that we were doing laps at under a 11:00/mi.
