Ran the Bagel course with Susan. We added on the back of Centennial Lake to increase mileage over 6 miles. We weren't sure what it would get us to, but we hit 8 miles. Did intervals of 1:45/:45. That was a good interval for the distance. I ran at Susan's pace to help her prepare for the Baltimore 10 Miler. Felt good the entire time which isn't usually typical for me for distance over 6-7 miles. So I was pleased with that. (Wore my new shoes and socks from Feet First!)
