Hill training night!! It was a good pace warm up to the hill. I actually enjoyed running the hill. I've learned to get up on my toes and that helps a lot. However, I couldn't have continued much further uphill - needed the downhill for recovery. The trip back felt much longer than I expected, so I guess the hills wore me out. But it was good to get in a longer distance work out on a week-night.
