Notes

Did hill run with 10K group. Did 2 down/up segments before stopping each time. My pace for the first segment was 11:22 and then 11:07 for the second segment. Was very surprised to see the increase on the second one, but had increased my downhill pace and guess I was able to maintain my pace on the uphill. The workout was challenging, and I was quite impressed that my pace for the hill segments was faster than what I typically run for a normal 3-4 mile run. Guess I need to stop talking with the ladies and work on my speed sometimes!
