WDF Dry Run

Ran with the A group - thanks to Gina for sticking with me! My goal was to run the entire course without walking - which I did. The main hill did not bother me much; felt I recovered well after it. Hardest part was the last 1/4 of the run through the neighborhood. I ran a lap around the track after finishing and could have done a few more if I wasn't under a time constraint. Goal for next dry run is to increase speed now that I know I can do the course non-stop.
