Beautiful day for the 8K race in Ellicott City for the Leprechaun 8K. Pat and I decided to run it together. The course had a few long hills, but some nice downhills as well. I did pretty well until mile 4 and 5 when any kind of uphill really would take its toll.
My clock time was 58:02 (they didn't use chips) which was exactly 3 minutes faster than my time from last year. I was pleased with that, but disappointed that I faded in the last mile and had to do a run/walk to finish.
