7/6/5/4/3/2/1 with 1 min rest in between. Sped up a bit starting on the 4 min. on down. Productive workout, finished strong. 6 min av for the 7/6/5, definitely sub 6 for the rest. Thinking of racing on 10/6 at Lewis.
