4x1 min@5k, 1 min off; 2 min off; 8 min tempo; 4x1 min @5k, 1 min off; 2 min off; 8 min tempo; 4x1 min @5k, 1 min off. Felt pretty good throughout this workout and stayed consistent throughout. Was definitely thinking about pulling back for the last tempo but ended up doing the full 8 mins at around the same pace as the first tempo.
