Ran 16 laps non-stop on the track. Sprinted the straightaways and jogged the turns. Went through my first mile in 6:03 and then slowed a bit. 2 mile was 12:27 (6:24), 3 mile at 18:55 (6:29) and 4 mile at 25:26 (6:31). Pretty consistent after the first mile.
