Awesome run. 1% incline. 8.5 mph for 4 miles, then 9.3 mph for .75, 10.0 mph for .15 and 10.4 mph for final .1 mile. Shins were a bit sore for the second half of the run but felt great otherwise. Originally, was only shooting for 4 miles but felt good enough to add the additional mile at a faster speed.
